Lifetime Warranty
MemorySales.Net
offers a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing
defects on all our memory modules. Our Cisco Approved Memory will NOT void your Warranty. If within 60 days of
receipt, our memory modules are returned due to a
manufacturing defect, a replacement unit will be
shipped to you at no charge. For returns after
60 days, a replacement
will be shipped; however shipping costs will be the
responsibility of the customer.
If there was a packing error on the part of
MemorySales.Net, we will reimburse you for
returning the unit (if returned within 15 days) and
we will send out a replacement unit without an
additional shipping charge. If the return is a result customer error, all additional
shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Proprietary modules have a 60 day warranty, if after 60 days the memory fails, the customer will have to pay 75% of the selling cost and all shipping costs.
